Privacy Policy

This explains what personal data Verona handles and why. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Your account email; the wedding details you enter (names, dates, venues); and the guest data you add (names, contacts, dietary needs, RSVPs).
Content your guests submit (photos, messages) and minimal technical logs needed to keep the service running.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you — invitations, RSVPs, seating, the live photo wall — and to contact you about your account.
Aggregated, consent-gated usage analytics help us improve; they are never sold and carry no third-party trackers.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell personal data. It is stored on our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (hosting and media) — acting as sub-processors.
Guests see only what you choose to publish to them.
Retention and your choices
Data is kept while your wedding is active; you can export it or ask us to delete it.
Analytics events are short-retention and rolled up into aggregates; raw events are purged.
Children and changes
Verona is not directed at children.
We will note material changes here and update the date above. Questions: verona@leeseidon.com.
